Fine Upholstered furniture begins with imported hemp webbing hand-stretched and hand-tacked to the custom-designed and constructed hardwood frame.
Coated steel coil springs are then sewn to the webbing and hand-tied in eight directions for stability and to allow them to work in unison, evenly distributing weight on the piece.
The springs are then covered with a layer of tightly woven burlap.
